Booking conditions

1. The full rate for Short Retreats is £35, payable in advance. Cheques should be made payable to the Bristol Ch'an Group.

2. Where an applicant is unable to attend the whole weekend, bookings for part of a Short Retreat can regrettably only be accepted for Day 1 of the retreat. From past experience, it has not been found suitable, for either the applicant or the other people on the retreat, for the applicant to come just for Day 2. In other words, people can book for the whole weekend or for Saturday only; they can't book just for Sunday. You are strongly encouraged to attend the whole retreat if at all possible.

3. The cost of attending Day 1 only of a Short Retreat is £25.

4. A limited number of bursaries are available: confirmation of availability will normally be at the end of the booking period.

5. The purpose of the weekend is teaching and spiritual practice and it is not considered appropriate to bring any other materials for sale or to advertise.
